By creating an account, logging in via Google OAuth or credentials, or connecting social media accounts to our Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
TMP Social provides cloud software for content creators, marketing agencies, and businesses to plan, schedule, automate, and publish content across multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn.
2. User Accounts and Authentication
You may register and access the Service via supported third-party identity providers (such as Google Sign-In) or authorized account credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.
3. Social Media API Integration (TikTok & Others)
Our Service connects with third-party social media platforms through their official Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). By linking your TikTok account, you expressly agree to comply with:
- The TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- All applicable third-party platform terms and developer policies.
TMP Social is an independent software tool and is not directly affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok, ByteDance, Meta, or Microsoft.
4. Content Ownership and License
You retain complete intellectual property ownership over all content (videos, photos, captions, and copy) uploaded to the Service. By scheduling content, you grant TMP Social a limited, revocable, worldwide license solely to store, process, and transmit such media to your connected social channels at your designated publish times.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Publish abusive, violent, infringing, defamatory, or unlawful media.
- Engage in unauthorized automated spamming or violate the rate limits set by social media APIs.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the integrity of our platform infrastructure.
6. Termination & Account Cancellation
You may disconnect your social accounts or discontinue use of the platform at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or platform community standards.
