- Account & Profile Information: When you register or sign in using Google OAuth or our login portal, we collect your name, email address, and authentication identifier to create and manage your account.
- Social Media Authentication Tokens (OAuth): When you connect your social media accounts (such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook), we receive and securely store encrypted access tokens provided directly by each platform. We do not collect, view, or store your social network passwords.
- User-Generated Content & Media: We store video files, captions, images, scheduled timestamps, and metadata uploaded to our servers for the sole purpose of dispatching them to the connected social networks on your schedule.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our multi-platform social media scheduling service.
- Authenticate your identity and grant access to your personalized dashboard.
- Publish scheduled media directly to your connected TikTok and social media accounts via official developer APIs.
- Track and display publication statuses (success, pending, or failed uploads).
3. TikTok API Integration & Compliance
Our application integrates with the official TikTok for Developers API (Content Posting API). By connecting your TikTok account to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Our Service transmits your uploaded video files and accompanying metadata to TikTok's servers via authorized API endpoints at your selected schedule.
- Use of TikTok integration is subject to the official TikTok Privacy Policy.
- We strictly adhere to TikTok Developer Terms. We do not scrape, sell, or utilize TikTok user data for profiling, third-party advertising, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. Your data is shared exclusively with third-party social media platforms (such as TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn) solely at your explicit direction to publish your scheduled content.
5. Data Retention, Account Disconnection & Deletion
You maintain complete ownership and control over your data:
- Revoking Access: You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time from your platform dashboard or directly within your TikTok security settings. Disconnecting an account immediately invalidates and deletes the stored OAuth access tokens from our database.
- Data Deletion Requests: You can request full deletion of your account, profile details, and all uploaded media files by contacting us at mainprojectt1@gmail.com. All data will be permanently purged within 30 days of request.
